Sales tax would rise 1 percent to 7.25%, and snacks would be taxed 3% more on top of that! Payroll tax scheme would levy 1.15% on salaries to $90,000. "...expects the bill to come before the full House on Thursday. It will follow a major school reform bill that is up for debate today."
